Opened in 2017, Sushi Koya is a thirty-eight seat sushi restaurant located in the upper level of The Shops concourse at Mohegan Sun. The menu consists of creative and classic sushi rolls, sashimi and chef’s special rolls. The cocktail list is filled with tiki inspired drinks for guests to enjoy.
